This policy explains how EBITIAN s. r. o. ("EBITIAN", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit www.ebitian.com or contact us. We are the controller of that data. Our registered address is Lermontovova 911/3, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, and you can reach us about privacy at advisory@ebitian.com.

What we collect

• Enquiry details. When you use the briefing form or email us: your name, email address, phone number if given, and what you write to us.
• Technical data. When you load the site, our hosting provider and font provider receive your IP address and browser details, as any website does.
• No analytics. We do not use analytics or tracking tools on this site.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To run, secure and improve the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site.

We do not sell your data, use it for automated decision-making, or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

• Formspree, which processes form submissions on our behalf and is based in the United States.
• Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
• Hostinger, which hosts our email.

Where these providers process data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to an engagement, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email advisory@ebitian.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk) or the data protection authority in your country.
